Ailing Chávez To Miss Presidential Inauguration -- Wall Street Journal

The letter from Vice President Nicolás Maduro sought to postpone the swearing in ceremony, scheduled to occur before the National Assembly on Thursday, to a later date in front of the nation's Supreme Court. He didn't specify a new date.
